Our chef: The heartbeat of inspiration
And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from complete-time mom and grandmother to complete-time chef. Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and it has lived most of her life in Lebanon. for therefore long, she loved testing her own recipes and photographing dishes. But her passion did not leave her house’s nest until eventually Zali presented her that opportunity. Now, her homegrown pleasure and fervour for cooking are in your case and the world to taste!
In all our dishes are flavors that have built the journey all the way from Lebanon. You normally takes a number of them back again household!
We simply call them Lunch “Mouneh”, an Arabic phrase for pantry provisions: many different selfmade jars with preserved and dried delicacies for you to buy and check out. These are well prepared by our chef or produced by farmers back again house. “Mouneh”is a Lebanese custom of preserving foodstuff over the seasons.
