Zali will be the realization of a desire, 30 years in the making... in a very kitchen area, in a home, in Beirut –a household that, much like each other loved ones in the world, was persuaded that their mom’s cooking, was the ideal.

And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from whole-time mom and grandmother to comprehensive-time chef. Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and has lived a lot of her life in Lebanon. for thus extended, she beloved testing her very own recipes and photographing dishes. But her passion did not depart her house’s nest till Zali offered her that opportunity. Now, her homegrown contentment and keenness Coffee for cooking are to suit your needs and the planet to taste!
In all our dishes are flavors which have produced the journey every one of the way from Lebanon. You will take a number of them back house!
We connect with them “Mouneh”, an Arabic term for pantry provisions: various home made jars with preserved and dried delicacies that you should buy and take a look at. They're well prepared by our chef or produced by farmers back again home. “Mouneh”is actually a Lebanese tradition of preserving foodstuff through the seasons.
