Zali is the realization of the aspiration, 30 many years from the making... within a kitchen area, in a home, in Beirut –a loved ones that, similar to each individual other spouse and children on the planet, was convinced that their mom’s cooking, was the very best.
Our chef: The heartbeat of inspiration
And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from comprehensive-time mom and grandmother to full-time chef. Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and has lived a lot of her lifetime in Lebanon. for thus long, she beloved screening her personal recipes and photographing dishes. But her passion didn't depart her household’s nest until Zali presented her that chance. Now, her homegrown contentment and fervour for cooking are for you personally and the whole world to flavor!
In all our dishes are flavors that have designed the journey all the way from Lebanon. You normally takes a number of them back residence!
We contact them “Mouneh”, an Dinner Arabic word for pantry provisions: a number of homemade jars with preserved and dried delicacies so that you can purchase and check out. These are organized by our chef or made by farmers again residence. “Mouneh”is actually a Lebanese tradition of preserving foods through the seasons.
